Job summary

Ralph Lauren seeks a Talent Management Strategy & Operations professional to support Workday talent and performance processes and Avature ATS. You will resolve issues, maintain accurate reporting, and ensure requests move from intake through closure.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage documentation, and run periodic reports to track progress and risks. This role is rooted in enterprise HR operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting performance management, HR tech, or talent acquisition in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on Workday Talent & Performance experience, including troubleshooting and reporting.
• Experience supporting an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Strong organizational, data-validation, and documentation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Copilot, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Support active Workday talent and performance processes: goals, eligibility, routing, notifications, visibility.
• Provide support for Avature ATS: access, requisitions, candidate records, offers, workflows.
• Monitor channels, categorize requests, coordinate with owners, communicate resolution.
• Support testing, document issues, coordinate retesting, ensure production readiness.
• Run operational reports, maintain trackers, investigate data exceptions, provide progress updates.
• Maintain procedures, job aids, testing records, logs, and handoff documentation.
