Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations professional to own Ashby configuration, interview plans, and data hygiene across 40+ countries. You will help recruiters focus on candidates while automating scheduling and workflow improvements.

You’ll contribute to scale efforts with AI-driven tooling, standardize processes, and support projects that enhance candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Ashby Power User with hands-on experience setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms and interview plans.
• Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in a fast-moving team.
• Strong data hygiene instincts; fix root causes, not just symptoms.
• Comfortable using AI tools to cut manual work and move faster.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for Ashby questions; write how-tos.
• Build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards.
• End-to-end management of jobs and postings across locations; keep data accurate.
• Own ATS hygiene: stage mapping, attributions, rejection reasons, department structure.
• Support Talent Ops on process changes, tooling rollouts and scheduling projects.
