Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a hands-on Talent Operations specialist to manage Ashby setups, postings, interview plans, and data hygiene. You will drive automation and AI-driven improvements across 200+ open roles in 40+ countries, partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to keep processes fast, accurate, and scalable while delivering a candidate-centric experience.

Qualifications

Ashby Power User with hands-on experience managing jobs, postings, feedback forms and interview plans.
Experience in recruiting operations or coordination in fast-moving teams.
Strong data hygiene instincts and ability to fix root causes.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for Ashby questions from recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers; document how-tos.
Build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms and scorecards; keep data comparable across teams.
End-to-end ownership of jobs and postings across locations; ensure accuracy from open to close and archive.
Own ATS hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, and decline/archive reasons.
Support Talent Ops with process changes, tooling rollouts and scheduling during busy periods.
