Job summary

Normal Computing, an applied AI company, seeks a Talent Operations Specialist to own recruiting systems, data integrity, and global scheduling across five time zones. You’ll optimize Ashby, build dashboards, automate flows, and scale our talent infrastructure as we hire world-class hardware, software, and AI leaders.

You’ll partner with the Head of Talent to standardize interview loops, onboard new interviewers, and drive headcount planning and recruiting events in a fast-moving startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-scaling tech startups or deep-tech environments.
• Strong ownership of recruiting systems and data quality.
• Ability to design and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports.
• Proactive problem-solving to fix processes and bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Admin Ashby ATS, manage permissions and pipelines.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance across global applicants.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling during high volume periods.
• Build recruiting dashboards to track funnel metrics and SLAs.
• Create Notion docs and enable hiring managers with standardized processes.
