The Talent Operations Specialist will own and scale how Normal hires talent across hardware, software, and AI, serving as the right hand to our Head of Talent to build high-efficiency recruiting workflows, maintain data integrity, and eliminate friction across five global time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-scaling tech startup, high-growth environment, or deep-tech company.
• Own recruiting operations and flag problems early; improve processes.
• Comfort working across US and global time zones with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Admin Ashby ATS: permissions, pipelines, templates, auto-scheduling rules, integrations.
• Maintain candidate data integrity and privacy configurations across US and global applicants.
• Provide interview scheduling coverage during spikes or when primary coordinator is unavailable.
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards to track funnel, velocity, source effectiveness, interviewer loads.
• Standardize interview loops, establish scorecard guidelines, onboard interviewers, document best practices in Notion.
• Partner with Head of Talent on high-impact initiatives like headcount planning and recruiting events.
