Job summary

RSM US LLP seeks a Talent Operations Manager to lead a centralized, scalable talent operations function across the employee lifecycle. You will coach a team, govern processes, and drive improvements ensuring accurate, compliant service delivery.

You will collaborate with Talent Centers of Excellence, HR partners, vendors, and technology teams to resolve complex issues and elevate stakeholder experience through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Learning & Development, Communications, or related field, or 6+ years equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in HR-related roles using HRIS, LMS, Workday, case management, workflow, or reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and oversee a team of Talent Operations professionals delivering centralized talent services.
• Set priorities, manage capacity, and ensure timely delivery of team objectives and service commitments.
• Provide ongoing feedback, onboarding support, and development guidance to strengthen team capability.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and a high-quality service mindset across the team.
• Oversee process administration, quality audits, and risk management to improve operational maturity.
• Partner with COEs, HR Business Partners, and leaders to resolve complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
