Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a Talent Analytics Senior Analyst flexible to work from multiple U.S. locations, including Houston, Minneapolis, Chicago, Dallas, and Tampa.

You will develop analytics solutions, build Power BI dashboards, and contribute to predictive talent models that inform leadership decisions. You will transform HR data into actionable insights, lead cross-functional projects, and communicate results to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, MIS, Data Science or similar.
• 3+ years of data analytics and forecasting experience in HR or talent domains.
• Experience presenting to non-technical stakeholders using dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver ad hoc, recurring, and self-service analytics solutions.
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Create predictive models using ML/NLP techniques for talent insights.
• Lead analysis plans and manage multiple strategic analytics projects.
• Collaborate with Talent Systems teams to adopt advanced analytics tools.
