Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Manager of Talent Sourcing & Operations to lead our sourcing strategy and oversee systems, processes, technology, and data powering Talent Acquisition. You will manage a team of Sourcers, optimize workflows, and partner with leaders to drive scalable sourcing programs across the organization.

You will drive adoption of standard operating procedures, create dashboards, and enable hiring success through data insights and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or sourcing-related roles.
• 3+ years leading recruiting or sourcing teams.
• Hands-on experience optimizing ATS and CRM workflows, reporting, and data management.
• Experience creating recruiting processes, SOPs, and scalable workflows.
• Ability to coach and lead high-performing sourcing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Talent Sourcers to build high-quality pipelines.
• Design scalable sourcing strategies with clear performance metrics.
• Improve workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure data integrity.
• Develop SOPs, playbooks, and training resources for recruiting excellence.
• Create dashboards and analytics on sourcing performance and hiring outcomes.
• Partner with Marketing on employer branding and CRM campaigns.
