Job summary

Orsini Rare Disease Pharmacy Solutions is seeking a Talent Operations Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and related People processes. You will help keep activities organized, maintain systems and records, and keep candidates, new hires, managers, and partners informed throughout the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Talent Operations Administration: maintain accurate information in recruiting, onboarding, employee, and workforce systems and tracking tools.
• Recruiting & Hiring Process Coordination: support interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting logistics as assigned.
• Onboarding & Compliance Support: coordinate onboarding activities and track completion of pre-employment and new hire requirements.
• Reporting, Tracking & Continuous Improvement: maintain trackers, reports, and status updates; monitor data quality and support improvements.
