Job summary

Orsini is hiring a Talent Operations Coordinator to support recruiting, onboarding, and related People processes. You will help keep systems current, manage records, and keep candidates, hires, managers, and internal partners informed throughout the employee lifecycle.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Work is onsite with flexibility for remote in approved states and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in admin support, customer service, recruiting, HR, onboarding, or operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain recruiting and onboarding information in systems and tracking tools.
• Coordinate requisitions, job postings, offers, and start dates.
• Support hiring events and staffing activities.
• Ensure onboarding records are complete and compliant.
• Monitor data quality and help improve processes.
