Qualifications

• Experience in ATS and Contingent Worker systems and databases; SuccessFactors preferred; Visier a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead GTA Operations projects and drive process improvements and system enhancements.
• Manage initiatives related to recruiting operations, reporting, programs, and talent acquisition technologies.
• Conduct end-to-end UAT across recruiting systems and evaluate upstream and downstream impacts.
