Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to join our Chicago-based team. You will support the Talent Acquisition function, ensure data accuracy across ATS and related systems, and build dashboards for leadership insights.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data analytics, and the ability to streamline processes in a fast-paced environment. You will develop and maintain reports, assist with ATS administration, and prepare executive-ready presentations and workforce analytics as

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Excel certification or data analytics credential preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with data integrity.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle high-volume, process-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operations support partner for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Own the accuracy, maintenance, and reporting of recruiting data across ATS and related systems.
• Develop, automate, and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual reporting.
• Support ATS administration, system enhancements, testing, and process optimization projects.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and workforce analytics as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
• Manage recruiting operations activities including interview scheduling, offer generation, and employee referral processing.
• Other duties as assigned.
