Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a Talent Operations Analyst to partner with the Talent Acquisition team, owning data accuracy and reporting across ATS systems. You will develop recruitment dashboards, analyze metrics, automate processes, and support system enhancements, while creating executive-ready presentations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail and high-volume analytics in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related analytical role within a professional services environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboard creation, and data analysis; Excel certification, data analytics certification, or a related technical credential required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to effectively manage high-volume, process driven work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operations support partner for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Own the accuracy, maintenance, and reporting of recruiting data across ATS and related systems.
• Develop, automate, and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual reporting.
• Support ATS administration, system enhancements, testing, and process optimization projects.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and workforce analytics as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
• Manage recruiting operations activities including interview scheduling, offer generation, and employee referral processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. For Colorado residents, the compensation range for this position: $52,00 -$70,720. For Washington residents, Illinois residents, New York residents, and Southern California residents, the compensation range for this position: $58,240 - $76,960. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
