Job summary

Armanino is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations professional to support recruiting data, dashboards, and reporting across the firm. You will own data accuracy, drive process improvements, and partner with recruiters and leadership to provide actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations or related analytical role.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboard creation.
• Strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to effectively manage high-volume, process-driven work while maintaining accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary operations support partner for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Own the accuracy, maintenance, and reporting of recruiting data across ATS and related systems.
• Develop, automate, and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual reporting.
• Support ATS administration, system enhancements, testing, and process optimization projects.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and workforce analytics as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
• Manage recruiting operations activities including interview scheduling, offer generation, and employee referral processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related analytical role within a professional services environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboard creation, and data analysis; Excel certification, data analytics certification, or a related technical credential required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Ability to effectively manage high-volume, process driven work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Recruiting and reporting.
• Exposure to AI tools and experience incorporating them into daily workflows.
