Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations professional to partner with the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting across ATS and related systems.

You will automate dashboards and analytics, support ATS administration and process optimization, and prepare executive-ready presentations for leadership while managing high-volume recruiting operations with precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Talent Acquisition Operations or related analytical role in a professional services environment.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a focus on data integrity.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; reliable and proactive.
• Ability to manage high-volume, process-driven work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary operations support partner for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Own the accuracy, maintenance, and reporting of recruiting data across ATS and related systems.
• Develop, automate, and maintain recruiting dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and trends to provide actionable insights to Talent Acquisition leadership.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce manual reporting.
• Support ATS administration, system enhancements, testing, and process optimization projects.
• Create executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, organizational charts, and workforce analytics as needed.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates.
• Manage recruiting operations activities including interview scheduling, offer generation, and employee referral processing.
• Other duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or a related analytical role within a professional services environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboard creation, and data analysis; Excel certification, data analytics certification, or a related technical credential required.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity and accuracy.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Reliable, responsive, and able to manage priorities effectively
• Ability to effectively manage high-volume, process driven work while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday Recruiting and reporting.
• Exposure to AI tools and experience incorporating them into daily workflows
