Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years HR experience with recruitment or onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Administrative contact for offer letters, pre-employment testing, new hire paperwork, and orientation.
• Support Talent Acquisition in hiring process and provide feedback for improvements.
• Provide technical support for candidates with the ADP Recruitment portal.
• Coordinate onboarding across departments to ensure a Best-in-Class Day 1 experience.
• Prepare new hire packages and ensure timely delivery to offices.
• Maintain inventory and place orders for new hire merchandise and apparel.
• Troubleshoot training issues to ensure completion of required trainings.
• Sign off on onboarding and communicate completion to stakeholders.
• Ensure positive applicant experience throughout hiring process.
• Maintain ongoing communication with hiring manager on applicant status.
