TaskUs is seeking a TA Lead to drive recruitment strategy, lead a team of recruiters, and ensure delivery of high-quality talent across business needs. You will guide performance, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced, People First culture.

You will partner with Operations to optimize processes, oversee reporting, and lead onboarding of new TA team members while promoting growth and excellence across Talent Acquisition.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team in a recruitment-focused role.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and drive action plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in recruitment systems such as Workday, TalkPush and Power BI.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily team meetings to align on goals, priorities, and risks.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s with recruiters for feedback and career development.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reviews and improve results.
• Oversee reporting, dashboards, and data accuracy across recruiting metrics.
• Coordinate capacity planning and staffing syncs with WFM and Ops.
• Ensure compliance through audits and calibration meetings.
