TaskUs is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to connect top talent with notable opportunities and help shape our organization’s future. You will partner with business leaders to translate talent needs into effective, fast-moving sourcing strategies and play a key role in elevating our employer brand across the market.

You’ll lead attraction efforts, drive a high-touch candidate experience, and manage candidate data in real time within internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to translate talent needs into fast, effective sourcing strategies
• Lead talent attraction through creative sourcing, employer branding, and marketing initiatives
• Drive candidate engagement with a high-touch experience
• Maintain accurate candidate data in internal staffing systems in real time
• Own and drive the Employee Referral Program and vendor management for ROI
• Partner on external branding, events, and campaigns to strengthen the talent pipeline
• Respond quickly to shifting hiring needs and volume spikes while preserving quality
• Align with leadership and departments to meet evolving business needs
• Collaborate within the TA team, sharing knowledge and supporting peers
