Texas Capital Bank seeks a consultative Talent Management partner to diagnose gaps and design broad HR initiatives. You will develop and improve talent management processes and tools that enable employees and leaders to drive development.

You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and drive initiatives across performance management, talent planning, development planning, and learning programs, while leading timelines and effectiveness metrics for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in business, HR, organization development or psychology or equivalent.
• Proven experience driving talent management, performance and succession processes.
• Strong communication and change management skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose talent and capability gaps and design improvement plans.
• Develop and optimize talent management processes and tools.
• Lead performance management, talent planning and leadership development initiatives.
• Define timelines, collect metrics and report progress to senior leaders.
