Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including partnership with senior leaders.
• Demonstrated business acumen and executive influence.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CHRO and senior business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies that develop, engage, and retain top talent.
• Deliver measurable business outcomes across Talent, Leadership, Execution, Insights, and Integration priorities.
• Lead leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Provide consultative HR solutions, align human capital strategies with business priorities, and influence senior leaders.
