Texas Capital Bank in Dallas seeks a seasoned Director HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to the CHRO and senior leaders. You will lead development of talent and organizational strategies that drive business performance, leadership effectiveness, and long-term growth.

This hands-on role guides leadership development, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations, while aligning human capital initiatives with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 12+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including partnership with senior business leaders
• Demonstrated business acumen and executive influence
• Experience in organizational design, workforce planning, and leading change
• Financial services experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the CHRO and senior business leaders to develop and execute talent strategies
• Lead development and execution of talent and organizational initiatives to drive business performance
• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, succession planning and performance management
• Leverage workforce analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
• Ensure integrated HR solutions across the enterprise and align with business priorities
