Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to lead proactive sourcing for executive and hard-to-fill roles. You will build strong pipelines, map talent markets, and advise recruiters with market insights to meet business needs.

You’ll collaborate with Talent Acquisition leadership to strengthen internal capabilities, reduce reliance on external partners, and enhance the employer brand across priority markets. A data-driven, fast-paced environment awaits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition or executive search.
• Proven success engaging senior-level passive talent.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
• Strong market-mapping and talent-research skills.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Excellent written communication and outreach.
• Banking/financial services recruiting preferred.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset translating data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for critical, hard-to-fill and executive-level talent across Texas Capital.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive talent aligned to current and anticipated business needs.
• Conduct comprehensive talent mapping across relevant competitors, geographies and talent markets.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to translate business needs into targeted sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates through HireEZ, professional networks, referrals, industry organizations and other channels.
• Support executive recruiting through market research, candidate identification, pipeline development and search coordination.
• Develop employer brand and recruitment-marketing initiatives to strengthen visibility in priority markets.
• Provide guidance and coaching to recruiters on sourcing techniques and market mapping.
