Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Talent Management Project Manager to partner with HR and business leaders in Dallas and Richardson, TX. You will diagnose talent gaps, design and improve talent processes, and drive development initiatives.

You will define timelines, manage multiple enterprise-wide programs, and report outcomes to senior leaders, using change management to ensure adoption and measurable impact across performance, development, and leadership initiatives.

Qualifications

• Detail orientation with ability to deliver quality, timely work products.
• PMP preferred or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage multiple enterprise-wide initiatives with competing priorities.
• Strong executive communication skills for leaders and executives.
• Experience with change management and talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent management initiatives and partner with HR and business leaders to drive programs.
• Define timelines, create Gantt charts, and monitor delivery against deadlines.
• Lead reporting and communication of progress to senior leaders.
• Develop communications and resources for leaders to guide talent processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback and drive adoption of changes.
