Responsibilities

• Diagnose talent and capability gaps for HR and business leaders and recommend solutions.
• Develop and improve talent management processes and tools to drive development.
• Partner with HR and leaders to design initiatives across performance, planning, and development.
• Define timelines for key talent processes and monitor impact metrics.
• Lead reporting and communications of progress to senior leaders.
• Create resources to guide leaders in talent processes and adoption.
• Gather feedback and iterate processes to minimize resistance.
• Apply change management principles to enterprise-wide talent initiatives.
