You will build trusted relationships, guide staffing decisions, oversee promotions, and drive professional development across the Texas program management community.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years of relevant professional experience.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business judgment.

Responsibilities

Lead staffing for Senior Managers, Managers, and Senior Consultants within General Practice across Texas.
Partner with Texas leadership to balance client service, utilization, and staffing decisions.
Oversee promotions and professional development across the Texas Program Management team.
Provide senior leadership for case-team staffing and cross-Texas coordination.
