Job summary

ADT is seeking a Program Manager, Talent Management to lead ADT's enterprise talent management programs, including performance, succession planning, and employee listening initiatives. The role partners with HRBPs, leaders, and HR Technology to deliver scalable, human-centered programs that support ADT's people strategy.

Based in a hybrid onsite environment (Boca Raton, FL or Irving, TX), you will oversee the annual performance cycle, support engagement surveys, and ensure Oracle Cloud HCM

Qualifications

• Experience designing and deploying cyclical performance tasks and talent reviews.
• Strong ability to translate insights into program improvements.
• Experience collaborating with HRBPs and business leaders to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end administration of ADT's annual performance cycle.
• Manage talent review and succession planning processes across all phases.
• Serve as primary contact for performance and talent program support.
• Gather feedback and iterate program design for continuous improvement.
• Identify workflow gaps and implement efficiency improvements.
