Job summary

Principal Asset Management seeks a Leadership and Talent Consultant to advance leadership development across Benefits and Protection. You will coach managers, co-create training materials, and facilitate development classes, using B&P resources to craft robust leadership plans.

You will partner with leaders, manage development projects, and build high-performing cultures through tailored plans and measurable outcomes. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• 6+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering leadership development programs.
• Experience with Instructional design, leadership facilitation and coaching is required.
• Formal leadership coaching experience; Coaching Certificate is preferred.
• Travel required up to 25% of time.

Responsibilities

• Partner with B&P Leaders to provide consultation and coaching around formal and informal development activities for leadership and team development.
• Lead assigned learning and development projects and initiatives to successful completion.
• Create development plans and follow up as needed for execution upon or revision to those plans to ensure the creation of a high performing culture where employees are empowered to do their best work.
• Demonstrate strong consultation and facilitation skills and positive relationships with management to ensure a deep understanding of business unit initiatives and programs to develop training curriculum and determine how to measure the success of the development program.
• Active involvement and appropriate level of engagement with creation, maintenance, and facilitation to drive the advancement of B&P initiative.
• Perform other job-related duties or special projects as needed.
