Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Lead HRBP to partner with business leaders, translating priorities into practical talent and organizational actions. You will operate with independence on day-to-day HR matters while aligning with enterprise priorities.

You will guide employee relations, talent programs, and policy interpretation in a high-tech manufacturing environment. A successful candidate will be onsite at least three days per week and contribute to a positive, inclusive culture,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnering with leaders/managers.
• PHR certification preferred and strongly valued.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; knowledge of labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner independently with managers and business leaders to align priorities with talent and organizational needs.
• Lead workforce strategy initiatives, change management plans, and priorities with HR stakeholders.
• Strengthen relationships, build morale, support retention, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Use data and trends to identify opportunities and recommend talent solutions.
• Guide employee relations on moderately complex issues and escalate high-risk matters.
• Support talent programs, development, performance enablement, and compensation processes.
• Assist policy interpretation to promote compliance and consistent employee experiences.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning and hiring strategies.
• Standardize HR processes for a unified 'One HR' experience for leaders and staff.
• Coach managers and employees on growth, agility, and resilience.
