Job summary

Restaurant365 seeks a Program Manager, Talent Programs, to drive day-to-day execution of talent programs across Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Capabilities, and Learning & Development. You will coordinate start-to-finish program delivery, manage stakeholder relationships, and leverage AI tools to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Travel 1–2 times per year to Irvine, Akron, or Austin; hybrid role with in-office presence on Tue and Wed for cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, organizational development, business admin, or related field.
2–6 years coordinating programs, projects, or operations in a fast-moving function.
Comfortable working remotely across a distributed and hybrid team with deadlines.
Uses AI and emerging tech to improve workflows and efficiency.
Strong organizational and collaboration skills for multiple programs.

Responsibilities

Manage learning and development and performance management programs from inception through close-out.
Serve as primary point of contact for assigned programs and cohorts with stakeholders.
Coordinate dependencies, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Schedule and facilitate recurring program meetings and capture decisions.
Maintain program reports, dashboards, and KPIs including participation and ROI.
