Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1–2 years of administrative support, HR support, recruitment coordination, or related office experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for staff, faculty, and student workers.
• Assist with full-cycle recruitment, postings, interviews, and candidate communications.
• Maintain job description library and update documents with adherence to templates and standards.
• Support training, credentialing, and learning development activities.
