Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for University Relations to lead full-cycle recruiting for interns, co-ops, and new grads. This role builds strong partnerships with hiring managers, HR partners, and university stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will manage campus relationships, school ROI, and event staffing, while aligning strategy with business goals and ensuring compliant, high-volume recruiting across multiple talent levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR, university relations, or campus recruiting experience with external stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to campuses and attend events including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to define intern/entry-level hiring needs and headcount plans.
• Build relationships with schools, career centers, and student organizations; coordinate career fairs and info sessions.
