Job summary

The Henry Ford is seeking a Talent Recruitment Intern to assist recruitment and hiring activities across the organization. You'll gain practical experience in talent acquisition and HR, providing administrative, candidate, data, and process support throughout the hiring lifecycle.

You will work with the Talent Recruitment team to maintain organized processes, ensuring a responsive and positive candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a college/university program in HR or related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Experience with spreadsheets, data entry, recordkeeping, or other administrative systems.
• Ability to learn applicant tracking systems and HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and hiring activities across the organization throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Provide administrative, candidate, data, and process support including application review and communication.
• Coordinate interviews, manage pipelines, and prepare recruitment reports.
• Assist in requisition closeout and maintain organized processes for candidates and managers.
