Qualifications

• Requires a degree in HR, OD, business, or related field.
• Strong understanding of talent-management principles and practices.
• Experience translating talent strategies into practical processes and actions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and leaders to execute talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Calibrate talent reviews to identify high-potential talent and development needs.
• Coordinate succession planning for critical roles and support leadership development.
