Job summary

The role focuses on leadership development, bench strength, and talent pipelines, delivering analytics, dashboards, and governance to ensure effective talent strategies across assigned groups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, business or related field.
• 5–7 years of related experience in talent management or HR.
• 6 months to 1 year of supervisory or project leadership experience.
• Experience implementing talent-management programs (performance reviews, succession, career development).
• Strong understanding of talent assessment, succession, performance-management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR and business leaders to design and execute talent strategies.
• Manage talent management processes and program cycles, including performance reviews and leadership readiness initiatives.
• Facilitate talent calibration and reviews to identify high-potential employees and gaps.
• Coordinate succession planning for critical roles and bench strength.
• Support career development, talent mobility, and internal advancement initiatives.
• Provide tools and resources to address workforce needs and inform talent decisions.
• Analyze talent data to assess program effectiveness and trends.
