Job summary

JBS Foods is seeking a Talent Management professional to partner with plant management and drive leadership development, employee experience initiatives and performance management programs. You will design and deliver learning, succession planning and coaching to elevate capabilities across the organization.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration and hands-on support for salaried staff at the facility. Travel as needed to support multiple sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience supervising in food production, preferably beef.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-up.
• Multitasking and detail oriented.
• Analytical mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office suite.
• Experience facilitating training.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative HR guidance to internal partners and stakeholders.
• Drive reporting and measurements of talent initiatives and adjust as needed.
• Develop and implement learning programs across multiple formats.
• Facilitate HR initiatives, career planning discussions, surveys and analysis.
• Participate in interview, hiring and onboarding for management roles.
• Manage development programs and internships through completion.
• Use data to evaluate supervisor performance and drive improvement plans.
