Job summary

Allied Solutions seeks a Talent Management Intern to support the Learning and Development Department during a 12-week, full-time internship at our Carmel, IN headquarters. The role focuses on curriculum development, data capture, reporting, and program assistance to help you explore a career in Talent, L&D, or HR.

You will design learning materials, coordinate workshops, analyze trends, and assist with reporting while gaining hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior in a related field
• Ability to manage deadlines and multitask in a fast-paced internship
• Strong written and oral communication skills are essential
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of learning materials and curricula for leadership development programs
• Coordinate virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions
• Research talent management trends and provide recommendations
• Assess employee development needs and capture data and trends
• Provide admin support to the Learning & Development team
• Support report development on talent and learning trends
