Job summary

The Allied Solutions internship program is a robust and consistent internship program for juniors and seniors. The program focuses on learning and development as well as hands-on experience, immersing the intern into a broad range of responsibilities during a 12-week period at the Carmel, IN headquarters.

The Talent Management Intern will support the Learning and Development Department with curriculum development, tracking, data capture and reporting, needs assessments, and program assistance,

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate rising Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Behavior, Communications, or a related field.
• Ability to manage deadlines.
• Ability to multitask.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and development of learning materials and training curricula for leadership development programs, competency learning, and other projects.
• Assist with design and coordination of virtual and in-person training workshops and team sessions.
• Conduct research and analysis on talent management trends and benchmarks; provide recommendations.
• Assess employee development needs and define resources and processes to support learning, including capturing data and trends.
• Provide admin support to the L&D team as needed.
• Support report development in talent and learning trends to inform future offerings.
