Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods, headquartered in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Managers across multiple facilities in the U.S. and Canada.

You’ll help manage postings, screenings, interviews, onboarding, and training processes with a focus on accuracy and timely communication. You will interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR teams, requiring organized, professional communication and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in HR, recruiting, or related administrative role.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a professional presence.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates, managers, and HR teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external job postings across locations and assist sourcing and resume reviews.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and communicate updates to candidates.
• Conduct reference checks and share results with the hiring team.
• Enter recruitment data in the ATS and help prepare reports.
• Support onboarding, post-hire feedback, performance management, and training processes.
• Maintain documentation and assist with HR projects and events.
