Job summary

F & S Fresh Foods is seeking an experienced HR leader to serve as the regional senior HR partner, aligning people initiatives with operations across multiple sites in the Riverside area. You will guide leadership on employee relations, performance management, and development to foster a compliant, high-performing culture.

The role requires 7–10+ years in HR, multi-site leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years in a multi-site HR leadership role.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, distribution, or operations environments.
• Demonstrated experience handling complex employee relations issues and investigations.
• Bilingual - Spanish & English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR partner for regional operations leadership; align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Coach leadership on employee relations, performance management, and leadership development.
• Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement; establish consistent HR practices across sites.
