F&S Fresh Foods in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Production Associate to support multiple manufacturing teams in preparing fresh foods for retail. You will handle routine prep, assembly, packing, and line tasks while following strict GMP and USDA guidance.

The role emphasizes safety and quality, with lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and adherence to PPE and sanitation standards. Candidates with a high school diploma and basic computer skills (Word/Excel) are encouraged to apply;

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience working in a chilled manufacturing environment is helpful.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods while working in a chilled environment.
• Good knowledge and understanding of Safe work practices common to food manufacturing.
• Bilingual (Spanish / English) helpful.
• Basic computer skills (Word and Excel) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preparation, production, assembly line and packing tasks.
• Follow specifications to cut, slice, dice, peel, prep, stock and process products.
• Assist with setup, startup, labeling, loading, staging raw materials.
• Keep production areas organized, neat and clean.
