Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods, headquartered in Vineland, NJ, is seeking a Talent Management Coordinator to support the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Managers across multiple locations. You will help manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and training processes while maintaining organized records and strong candidate communications.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in HR or administrative roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or a related administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Copilot.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, professional phone/email presence.
• Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, managers, and HR teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business (nice to have).
• Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS/ATS (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external job postings across locations and assist with candidate sourcing and initial screens.
• Schedule interviews across time zones and act as a contact for candidates.
• Conduct reference/background checks and sharing results with hiring team.
• Enter/update candidate and requisition information in ATS and prepare recruiting reports.
• Provide coordination support for onboarding, performance reviews, and training processes.
• Maintain documentation and support communications, reminders, and reporting.
• Support recruiting events and HR projects as needed.
