You will bridge strategy and operations, applying AI, analytics, and modern development experiences across global teams. You will lead PDR cycle design, career pathing, leadership programs, and advanced talent analytics to drive measurable business impact.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, I-O Psychology, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Industrial-Organizational psychology, organizational effectiveness, and leadership competency models.
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing HR technology, talent analytics platforms, or AI-enabled HR tools.
• Exceptional project and program management skills with a track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Execute the Talent Roadmap for enterprise Performance, Development, and Reward (PDR) cycles globally.
• Design and facilitate Talent Reviews, succession planning, and high-potential tracking.
• Embed scalable career pathing frameworks to enhance internal mobility.
• Enable cross-functional teams with enablement toolkits, training, and processes.
• Collaborate with Executive Talent COE to align enterprise processes with executive strategy.
• Build and scale leadership development programs and competency frameworks.
• Translate talent needs into targeted learning through bootcamps and mentoring.
• Establish governance to measure learning and talent impact.
