Job summary

Viasat is seeking a Talent Management Partner to design and execute enterprise-wide talent management, performance, and learning initiatives. You will drive programs across leadership development, competency frameworks, and AI-enabled talent analytics in a global setting.

The role bridges strategy and operational execution, partnering with HR partners, business leaders, and technical teams to create scalable pipelines and measurable business impact. US citizenship is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing and executing enterprise talent management, performance, and/or learning programs.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of I-O psychology, organizational effectiveness, and leadership competency models.
• Proven experience implementing or optimizing modern HR tech, analytics, or AI-enabled tools.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Talent Roadmap for enterprise Performance, Development, and Reward cycles globally.
• Design and facilitate Talent Reviews, succession planning, and high-potential tracking.
• Embed scalable Career Pathing frameworks to boost internal mobility.
• Provide enablement toolkits, training, and processes to Talent Partners for global consistency.
• Partner with the Executive Talent COE for seamless integration with executive strategies.
• Build and scale leadership development programs and online resources.
• Operationalize Leader and Skills frameworks to guide recruitment and development.
• Translate talent needs into learning bootcamps, pathways, and mentoring programs.
• Establish evaluation and governance to show business impact of learning and talent investments.
