Polaris Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an HR Programs Analyst to strengthen talent programs, deliver actionable people insights, and ensure consistent HR process execution.

You will partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to drive customer-focused, efficient growth across the PG&A organization. This role combines talent management, HR analytics, project management, and process improvement, offering meaningful ownership of recurring talent processes and visibility across HR partners,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, or business.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to influence.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, communications, and consolidated reporting support for annual HR programs and reviews.
• Develop content and manage execution of quarterly talent reviews and PG&A talent routines.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to implement talent initiatives consistently across the business.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly people metrics for trends and insights.
• Own PG&A HR dashboards and reporting tools; translate data into insights for leaders.
• Partner with HRIS to improve Workday reporting and data quality.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting and analysis for talent reviews and planning.
• Serve as cross-functional connector among HR partners, COEs, HRIS, and leaders.
• Manage timelines and communications for HR programs and initiatives.
• Improve HR processes and talent programs for better efficiency and employee experience.
