You will partner with HR colleagues and business leaders to drive customer-focused, efficient growth and own recurring talent processes with visibility across HR partners and leadership. Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR or related experience.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Power BI.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Hybrid office environment experience a plus.
• This position is not sponsor eligible.

Mansioni

• Lead PM, communications and reporting for annual HR programs.
• Develop content and run PG&A Quarterly Talent Reviews.
• Partner with HR and leaders to implement talent initiatives.
• Analyze monthly people metrics for trends and insights.
• Own PG&A HR dashboards and reporting tools.
• Improve Workday reporting and data quality with HRIS.
• Deliver ad hoc reporting for HR processes and reviews.
• Act as a cross-functional connector among HR teams and leaders.
• Manage timelines, communications and deliverables for HR programs.
• Improve HR processes and talent programs for consistency and efficiency.
