Job summary

Polaris Inc. in Plymouth, MN, is hiring for a Talent Programs & Analytics role within the HR team. You will strengthen talent programs, deliver insights, and drive consistent HR processes across the PG&A organization.

You will own dashboards, collaborate with HRIS, and partner with business leaders to support talent initiatives and organizational planning. Hybrid work with growth opportunities in a global powersports leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
• Strong organizational planning and project management skills.
• Critical-thinking and analytical skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Power BI.
• Workday experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management, communications, and consolidated reporting for annual HR programs.
• Develop content and manage execution of PG&A Quarterly Talent Reviews and other talent routines.
• Partner with PG&A HR and business leaders to implement talent initiatives across the business.
• Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly people metrics for insights.
• Own PG&A HR dashboards and reporting tools, translating data into insights for leaders.
• Partner with HRIS to improve Workday reporting and data quality across processes.
• Develop and deliver ad hoc reporting for talent reviews and organizational planning.
• Serve as a cross-functional connector among HR partners, centers of excellence, HRIS, and leadership.
• Manage timelines, communications, and deliverables for HR programs.
• Improve HR processes and talent programs to boost consistency and efficiency.
