Job summary

AffirmedRx is seeking an experienced leader to own and scale our leadership development and talent strategy. You will design programs, frameworks, and succession plans for leadership roles and partner with executives to drive organizational effectiveness.

In a fast-growing environment, you will coach leaders, facilitate calibration sessions, and create scalable learning solutions for a distributed workforce across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in leadership development, talent strategy, or organizational effectiveness.
• Experience designing performance management and facilitating talent calibration
• Proven ability to coach and influence leaders
• Expertise building leadership frameworks and development programs
• Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve performance management practices, incl. annual and mid-year reviews.
• Lead talent calibration sessions to align leaders on performance standards.
• Design career pathways and succession frameworks for key roles.
• Develop talent reporting and insights for leadership on trends, risks, opportunities.
• Define and execute a leadership development strategy across levels.
• Create workshops and toolkits for scalable learning across a distributed workforce.
• Facilitate leadership trainings and offsites.
• Lead strategic development projects and initiatives.
