• Proven ability to design and deliver blended leadership programs and manager development.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and manage leadership development experiences for managers and directors.
• Translate priorities into learning journeys, tools, and practical enablement resources.
• Own vendor coordination, content reviews, scheduling, and program evaluation.
• Partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to align leadership programs with business needs.
