Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.
• Human Resources experience is a plus.
• Deep understanding of store operations and staffing needs.
• Must possess a guest-first mentality and energetic leadership.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Ability to translate staffing metrics into actionable strategies.
