Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Talent Leader in Franklin, TN to create an exceptional guest experience across our stores. You will spearhead recruitment, coach teams, and ensure seamless operations from opening to closing while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in high-volume retail management.
• Experience in human resources is a plus.
• Able to work a varied schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Relentless Guest First mentality and energy to inspire others.

Responsabilités

• Cultivates a guest-focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Models service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Performs opening and closing procedures to ensure operational readiness.
• Acts as brand ambassador and educates candidates on appearance and professionalism standards.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with our mission and values.
• Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools for consistent hiring.
• Manage communication between hiring leaders and candidates and prioritize open requisitions.
• Master scheduling to ensure right talent at peak times for guest engagement.
• Onboard and train team members through company programs for skills, knowledge, and excellence.
